Providing Control Room Services – A Business

For over 25 years we have been providing large numbers of tradeshows organised by French and non-French planners with control room services.

From 10 to 1,000 stands – our technical and organisational reliability is your guarantee of results and zero defect when the show begins.

Our multilingual teams get involved at the early stage of Technical Kit preparation.
We can take ownership of exhibitors once stands have been allotted.

Technical Kit preparation, and supervision of general installation and all suppliers involved.

We manage together with them – by telephone before the show and then on site – all of their requirements, whatever they may be, so as to take all technical concerns from your shoulders, in particular:

• Shape and arrangement of partitions
• Power supply; lighting
• Furniture, flower decoration, and signage requirements
• Computer and video equipment requirements.

We provide exhibitors with permanent support in the preparation of their show, upon arrival, during installation, and up to opening of the show.

We also manage any problems likely to be encountered by non-French exhibitors (voltage of the appliances, adapters, unpacking of their products, setting up, storage of their packing items etc.) Last but not least, we provide permanent co-ordination with the venue and all suppliers involved in the show to ensure a smooth, consistent process.

Since we relieve you from every technical aspect and your exhibitors' installation and since your exhibitors will be relaxed and reassured, you will be able to focus on your PR and organisational tasks under the best possible working conditions.
